11月27日，金字火腿（002515）发布公告，控股股东郑庆昇将其持有的870万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的6.00%及公司总股本的0.72%；截至公告披露日，郑庆昇累计质押股份为1.01亿股，占其所持股份的69.94%及公司总股本的8.38%。
2025年前三季度，金字火腿实现收入2.22亿元，归母净利润2201万元。
