11月26日，中国出版（601949）发布公告，董事、副总经理张纪臣因年龄原因辞职，辞职自其提交书面辞职报告至公司董事会时生效。辞职后，张纪臣不再担任公司任何职务。公司将按照相关规定尽快补选董事。
2025年前三季度，中国出版实现收入32.10亿元，归母净利润2.38亿元。
