财联社11月25日电，成都郫都区一宅地今日出让，总用地面积28082.7㎡（合42.1241亩），规划建筑面积56165.4㎡，容积率2.0，建筑限高80m，起始楼面价4300元/㎡，折合起始价2.42亿元。该地块吸引了8家竞买人参与现场竞价，经过35轮竞价，最终由金沙鹭岛以楼面价6000元/㎡竞得，成交总价3.37亿元，溢价率39.53%。
