瑞森生活服务（01922）发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止6个月期间取得公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币5000万元至人民币6000万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币1540万元。转亏为盈主要归因于于截至2024年6月30 日止6个月，金融资产减值亏损约人民币6000万元，停车位按金减值亏损约人民币2400万元，⽽本期间并无此类减值亏损。
