美国政府乌克兰和俄罗斯问题特使基思·凯洛格日前在接受采访时表示，乌克兰总统泽连斯基可能会访问美国，讨论美方就结束俄乌冲突提出的“28点”新计划。
基思·凯洛格在采访中称，乌克兰重新选举十分必要，美国可能会迫使乌克兰做出领土让步以换取安全保障。凯洛格称，美国十分接近使俄乌双方达成和平协议。
