新京报讯 据北京市气象局消息，北京市发布大风黄色预警。
预计24日早晨至前半夜，北京市大部分地区将出现4级左右偏北风，阵风8级左右，山区局地可达10级以上；其中风力最大时段为中午至傍晚，请注意防范。
