11月20日，全运会羽毛球女单决赛，湖北队王祉怡2-1（10-21、21-18、21-16）逆转浙江队陈雨菲，首次夺得全运会女单金牌。陈雨菲无缘全运会女单三连冠，福建队韩悦收获铜牌。
王祉怡赛后说道：“今天赢球后是流了两滴眼泪，这好像是我第一次因为赢球而流泪。”
