11月19日，第十五届全国运动会田径项目女子铁饼决赛在广州举行。安阳籍运动员王芳凭着顽强拼搏，不畏强手的体育精神，在全运会田径项目女子铁饼决赛中，为河南队摘得该项目银牌。为河南赢得了荣誉，为安阳赢得了荣誉。
