格隆汇11月19日丨永发置业(00287.HK)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩将录得亏损约2200万港元至2800万港元，较上年同期的亏损约1100万港元，增加约1100万港元至1700万港元(或100%至154%)。亏损扩大主要是由于投资物业的公平价值亏损较上年同期的公平价值亏损约3600万港元增加约31%所致。
