市政府2025年11月17日决定，任命：
姜得永为市农业农村局（市乡村振兴局）副局长。
免去：
程永红的市市场监管局副局长职务；
姚咪娜的市政府驻深圳办事处（市劳务管理处）副主任职务；
王有恒的市人民医院副院长职务。
