深圳成立“无人系统与低空经济”协同创新联合体，共筑国际创新合作平台

11月18日下午，由深圳市无人机行业协会和深圳技术大学联合发起的“无人系统与低空经济”协同创新联合体在深圳成立。深圳市无人机行业协会创会会长杨金才主持会议，在征求与会机构与企业的意见并达成一致后，宣布了“无人系统与低空经济”协同创新联合体成立，并宣读了联合宣言（Collaboration Innovation Declaration）。

与会期间，杨金才会长对此次联合体发起单位的共同努力表示认可，同时认为发起单位可以通过此次协同创新联合体的成立，围绕“开放、合作、共赢”的发展理念，以科技创新和经济发展为目标，共同打造国际协同创新合作平台。

联合发起单位深圳技术大学城市交通与物流学院（城市轨道交通学院）副院长”程涛表示，此次的联合体成立标志着深圳乃至全国创新产业集群，尤其是无人系统与低空行业的共识，即共同促进国际产学研用交流与合作、为产业赋能、推动科技创新和高端人才发展理念。

我们通过“无人系统与低空经济”协同创新联合体，围绕“开放、合作、共赢”的发展理念，以科技创新和经济发展为目标，共同打造国际协同创新合作平台。

建立跨国“产、学、研、用”协同平台，打通高校、企业、资本与场景，共享数据、空域与试验资源，共建开放型无人系统创新生态。

加强前沿技术联合攻关与标准共建，聚焦eVTOL、UAV、UTM 等核心领域，协同制定国际通用标准，以高水平规范赋能全球产业加速。

促进高端人才全球流动与联合培养，共建实训基地和互认认证体系，为低空经济持续输送具备国际视野的创新型、应用型人才。

Collaborative Innovation Platform Declaration

for Unmanned Systems and the Low-Altitude Economy

Through the Collaborative Innovation Platform for Unmanned Systems and Low-Altitude Economy, we shall jointly establish an international collaborative innovation platform guided by the development principles of openness, cooperation and mutual benefit, with scientific and technological innovation and economic development as our objectives.

We will create an international collaborative platform integrating industry, academia, research and application; bridging universities, enterprises, capital and operational scenarios. This will enable the sharing of data, airspace and testing resources to jointly build an open innovation ecosystem for unmanned systems.

We shall strengthen joint research into cutting-edge technologies and collaborative standard-setting; focusing on core domains such as eVTOL, UAV, and UTM. Together, we will formulate internationally applicable standards, empowering global industrial acceleration through high-level specifications.

We will promote the global exchangeand training of talents, establishing practical training bases and mutual recognition certification systems to continuously supply the low-altitude economy with innovative, application-oriented professionals possessing an international perspective.
