不愧是碳水大省啊，陕西的这个真不错（反正我这碳水脑袋是挺爱的）。玉米面或者土豆加水使劲搅到厚重成团，然后用大勺捞起稠稠的一大团放在装好酸浆水（好像是叫这个）的碗里。浇上辣椒油和韭菜，用筷子夹起一团送到嘴里，感觉是超滑溜版的土豆泥，不用嚼，就这么咕噜咕噜从喉咙往下顺，酸酸辣辣的味道加上滑溜的口感（就别使劲嚼，嚼了就黏糊了），就很奇妙！
