湖北宜化公告，控股股东湖北宜化集团有限责任公司2025年5月19日至2025年11月18日通过深交所集中竞价增持公司股份1602.41万股，占公司总股本1.47%，增持金额2.11亿元，完成此前拟在6个月内增持金额不低于2亿元且不超过4亿元的计划。增持后，宜化集团持股2.41亿股，占总股本22.16%。
