格隆汇11月18日丨RIMBACO(01953.HK)公告，于2025年11月18日，卖方Rimbaco(公司之间接全资附属公司)与买方Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd.订立该协议，据此，卖方已同意出售而买方已同意购买该等地块，总代价为1145万令吉。
该等地块包括两幅空置且尚未开发之地块，分别位于(i)Perak Road Jelutong(名为Geran 10843,LotNo.616,Seksyen1,Bandar Jelutong, Daerah Timor Laut,Pulau Pinang)，占地面积约为22,625平方英尺；及(ii)Geran 10844,LotNo.618,Seksyen1,Bandar Jelutong,Daerah Timor Laut,Pulau Pinang，占地面积约为3,485平方英尺。该等地块由集团根据日期为2024年12月20日之清偿协议收购。该等地块现为集团之投资物业。该等地块将以「现状」出售予买方。
