瑞达期货（002961）发布公告，董事会于2025年11月18日收到副总经理田瑶的辞职报告。田瑶因个人原因申请辞去副总经理职务，辞职后将继续担任总经理助理。根据相关规定，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
2025年前三季度，瑞达期货实现收入16.21亿元，归母净利润3.86亿元。
