2025年1月至10月，内地买家在香港楼市共成交11290宗，占私人住宅总成交量的24%，较上年同期增长逾20%，交易总额达1097亿港元（约141亿美元）。中原地产预测，全年成交量将突破13000宗，总金额有望达1300亿港元，连续两年刷新历史纪录。
