10月11日18时30分，一辆灰色小型轿车沿漯河市金山路由南向北行驶至珠江路口时，与一辆沿金山路东侧由北向南逆向行驶的两轮电动车发生碰撞，造成双方车辆受损的交通事故。
交警部门调查后认定：两轮电动车逆行是引起该事故的全部原因，驾驶人负事故全责。
