美国Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. of Santa Clara, CA、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville,NC、中国香港Lenovo Group Limited of Hong Kong、中国广东Lenovo Information Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.of China联想信息产品（深圳）有限公司、美国Super Micro Computer, Inc. of San Jose, CA为列名被告。
