智通财经APP讯，新质数字(02322)公布，于2025年11月17日(联交所交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理配售最多3亿股配售股份，每股配售股份0.1港元，较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.12港元折让约16.67%。假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，净筹约2930万港元，拟用作集团一般营运资金。
