财联社11月17日电，皇台酒业(000995.SZ)公告称，公司控股股东甘肃盛达集团有限公司计划自公告之日起6个月内，通过二级市场以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股票，增持总金额不少于人民币7000万元，不超过人民币1.4亿元。资金来源为自有资金和股票增持专项贷款。
