11月17日，全运会男子50米仰泳决赛，徐嘉余24秒40夺得冠军，成为本届全运会四金王，徐嘉余职业生涯至今的全运会金牌总数已达到16枚。
王梓成24秒80收获亚军，姜呈霖25秒01创下个人最好成绩，获得铜牌。
值得一提的是，徐嘉余也是本届全运会唯一一位包揽同一泳姿50、100、200米冠军的运动员。
