宁波联合（600051）发布公告，公司决定取消职工代表监事职务，同时也不再设置监事会。周宇担任的职工代表监事职务自2025年11月17日起终止。截至公告日，周宇不存在未履行的承诺事项，后续仍在公司担任其他职务。
2025年前三季度，宁波联合实现收入8.91亿元，归母净利润6709万元。
