央视网消息：国家海洋预报台11月16日16时发布海浪蓝色警报：受强冷空气的影响，预计；11月17日下午，东海南部将出现2到3.5米的中浪到大浪区；上海、浙江近岸海域将出现1.5到2.8米的中浪到大浪，近岸海域海浪预警级别为蓝色。请在上述海域作业的船只注意安全，沿海各有关单位提前采取防浪避浪措施。
