近日，吉林市一小区着火，业主去取灭火器时竟发现灭火器箱上锁！对此，盛业社区回应：“正常是上锁的，因为怕小孩乱用，有些人还会偷灭火器，紧急情况着火的时候可以砸锁拿取灭火器。这个位置我来（工作）的时候，点位就是在那里，就是上锁的。”
