11月13日，青海多地用户反映联通信号突然中断，导致无法支付、扫码乘车等。
13日晚21时许，青海联通发布公告表示，因通讯网络故障，用户手机信号出现中断，目前已经完成修复。青海联通向用户致以诚挚歉意，感谢您的耐心等待与理解。
