为保障南京马拉松赛事，11月16日当天，地铁1、2、3、4、5、7、10号线两端站首班车提前至5:30运营，其余线路维持正常运营时间。市区各主要线路增加运力投放，并增配1-2列备用车，满足参赛选手、工作人员及广大市民的出行需求。
