11月12日，美团宣布推出骑手委屈关怀计划。对于经核实属于“非骑手责任”的委屈事件，平台将提供最高5万元的委屈安抚金，并给予法律援助。骑手可通过美团骑手或美团众包App的骑手之家服务提交证据和申请。目前，该计划正在逐步覆盖全国。
