智通财经APP讯，中国银河(06881)发布公告，该公司公开发行的2020年永续次级债券(第一期)(以下简称“本期债券”)，由于发行人不行使续期选择权暨行使赎回权，将于2025年11月24日开始支付自2024年11月24日至2025年11月23日期间的利息及本期债券本金。
据悉，本期债券简称“20银河Y1”，发行总额50亿元，债券票面利率(计息年利率)为4.80%，每手本期债券兑付本金为1000元，派发利息为48元(含税)。
