正值四川丹棱桔橙采收的季节，11月11日，在四川省丹棱县举办的一场厨艺大赛上，厨师巧妙地将桔橙的果肉和汁水融入菜品制作中，有的还将桔橙的外壳用于盛装菜品，赋予传统菜品新的口感和味道。
