11月10日，全运会女子45公斤级举重赛场，福建队19岁选手徐璐莹抓举86公斤时，杠铃直接从背后脱手压到了肩膀，随后教练无奈离去的表情引发热议。
赛后，徐璐莹发视频表示：肩颈无恙，肘部韧带已打上石膏，教练对我怎样我清楚，希望大家把目光放在比赛上。
