宁波方正（300998）发布公告，近期公司副总经理宋剑因工作调整申请辞职，辞职自2025年11月11日起生效。宋剑辞职后仍在公司担任其他职务，且未持有公司股票，不存在未履行的承诺事项作。
同时，公司于2025年11月11日召开董事会，聘任杨国平和李恒青为副经理，任期至第三届董事会届满，还聘任魏超为财务负责人。
2025年前三季度，宁波方正实现收入9.04亿元，归母净利润-2208万元。
