财联社11月11日电，东睦股份(600114.SH)公告称，联营企业宁波东睦广泰以250万元增资认购上海轮上科技5.00%股权。上海轮上科技成立于2023年，专注于智能化模块化农业机器人（AgriBot）的研发及产业化，采用统一的平台化、模块化底盘架构，研发电动化、智能化的农业机器人产品。
