欧力士集团与卡塔尔投资局11月11日宣布，双方已达成协议共同设立承诺出资制私募股权基金，该基金总规模将达25亿美元（约合2500亿日元）。该基金将投资于日本企业，主要聚焦企业传承、上市公司私有化及业务剥离，单笔投资的企业价值规模不低于300亿日元（约合2亿美元）。
