近日，宁夏西吉县硝河乡民联村的400亩马铃薯迎来丰收。这片昔日的撂荒地，如今通过发展马铃薯产业成功被盘活。当地通过发展产业和提供临时岗位，实现了“土地有收益，村民有活干，集体有增收”。
