民生银行(01988)发布公告，该行于2025年11月7日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于郑海阳民生银行董事任职资格的批复》(金复[2025]633号)。国家金融监督管理总局已核准郑海阳先生担任该行董事的任职资格，郑海阳先生自2025年11月6日起就任该行非执行董事及该行董事会风险管理委员会委员。
