据悉，“大衣哥”朱之文被网暴案一审宣判，被告人孙某某因侮辱罪和诽谤罪被判处有期徒刑六个月和拘役四个月。
天眼查天眼风险信息显示，此前，朱之文曾多次发起维权诉讼，被告分别为生某、张某等，案由涉及名誉权纠纷，上述案件已于2022年、2023年开庭审理。
