近日，云脉芯联宣布完成超5亿元A轮融资。本轮融资由上海科创集团领投，张江浩珩、深创投、国中资本等机构投资，IDG、光速光合、云九资本、华强资本等现有股东超额追投。据云脉芯联介绍，此次融资的完成，将加速推进公司的产品研发和商业化落地进程。
