北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）11月10日，*ST长药（300391）开盘跌停，报跌停价2.76元/股，跌幅为20%。
消息面上，*ST长药发布公告称，公司于11月7日收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因公司涉嫌定期报告等财务数据虚假记载，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律法规，中国证监会决定对公司立案。
