据外媒11月8日报道，伊朗能源部长当天表示，由于气候干旱和供水设施老化，伊朗面临严重缺水问题，首都德黑兰将实行夜间限水措施。
伊朗总统佩泽希齐扬日前表示，德黑兰正面临前所未有的水和能源危机，当地水库水位已经跌至60年来的最低水平，威胁到了饮用水和电力供应。他还称，如果危机持续，或将首都从德黑兰迁往伊朗南部。
