据人民日报海外网海客新闻：据《韩民族日报》11月7日报道，韩国总统李在明6日前往江原道原州山火高风险区，视察消防官兵训练情况。
一位消防队员向李在明汇报时，高呼“忠诚！向阁下进行说明。”李在明听完，连忙笑着挥手制止，说“韩国没有阁下。”
“阁下”韩语中发音为“卡卡”，曾用来称呼总统，但从金大中时代开始，已经不再使用这一称谓。
