人民财讯11月8日电，当地时间11月7日，美国俄勒冈州联邦法官卡琳·英默古特（Karin J. Immergut）裁定，永久禁止特朗普政府以应对移民政策抗议活动为由在波特兰部署国民警卫队。
英默古特法官在判决中指出，总统当时“既未面临叛乱或叛乱危险，也并非无法通过常规部队执行联邦法律”，因此联邦化并调动国民警卫队“缺乏法律依据”。
