11月6日，辛集南站客运值班员邓泽志在执行D1684次列车接发车作业时，注意到一位刚老年旅客下车后行动不便、随身行李较多，脸上流露无助的神情。邓泽志见状，立即推来轮椅，小心搀扶旅客坐上，并一路护送其至站外出租车乘车点，协助安置好行李，直至旅客安全上车。
