其中，69起案件公司作为原告，涉案金额为3.57亿元，占总金额的85.89%；33起案件公司作为被告，涉案金额为5870万元，占总金额的14.11%。
2025年前三季度，凯普生物实现收入4.86亿元，归母净利润-1.28亿元。
