近日，有网友称看到山航空乘穿上开衫毛衣了，有网友点赞山航“不服美役”，也有网友表示“羊毛衫＋裤装”穿上看起来很“土”“月嫂风”，对此，记者致电山东航空，山航回应：工作服的话，首先就要让穿着它的人感觉到被尊重，被关怀。
