人民财讯11月6日电，11月6日，重卡新势力深向科技股份有限公司（以下简称“深向科技”）向港交所递交招股书，拟在香港主板上市，联席保荐人为中金公司和招银国际。2023年、2024年、2025年上半年，深向科技营收分别为4.26亿元、19.69亿元、15.06亿元。截至2025年6月30日，公司已累计交付约6400台新能源重卡。
