格隆汇11月6日丨康臣药业(01681.HK)公告，为使公司可授予股份奖励，作为对参与集团成长及发展人士的激励及回报的一部份，董事局于2025年11月6日议决建议采纳股份奖励计划。股份奖励计划(倘获采纳)将构成上市规则第十七章项下涉及授予新股份股份计划。根据上市规则第17.02(1)(a)条，采纳股份奖励计划须(其中包括)于股东特别大会上获得股东批准。
