11月6日，茂业商业（600828）发布公告，董事会于近日收到刘俊丽的书面辞职报告。
刘俊丽担任副总裁（副总经理），离任时间为2025年11月6日，原定任期到期日为2025年12月11日，离任原因为个人原因。她将不再继续在公司及其控股子公司任职，且不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
2025年前三季度，茂业商业实现收入18.24亿元，归母净利润4173万元。
