日本流感疫情扩散

据央视财经报道，近期，日本流感患者迅速增多，以东京为首的日本首都圈多地发布“流感注意警报”。为应对流感，日本1000多所学校采取停课等措施。

Flu cases have been surging across Japan, with many areas in the Tokyo area issuing flu alerts and more than 1,000 schools nationwide suspending classes.

东京市区中心的涩谷汇集了多家诊所和药店，有负责人表示，最近一周前来寻医问药的患者较上周增加2成到3成。

由于近期日本流感患者明显增加，东京都及周边的神奈川县、千叶县、埼玉县均已发布流感注意警报。

日本厚生劳动省最新公布的数据显示，10月20日到26日的一周内，日本全国定点医疗机构报告流感病例数24276例，增至前一周的约2倍，连续十周增加。单周病例数突破2万例的时间比去年提早了约1个月。

According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, designated medical institutions across Japan reported 24,276 flu cases the week of Oct 20-26, approximately double the number of the previous week, and the tenth consecutive week of increases in case numbers. The first week this year with more than 20,000 recorded cases came about a month earlier than last year, the ministry noted.

不仅是首都圈，日本多地都出现了流感蔓延的趋势，关西地区多地的病例数也增至前一周的2倍至3倍。

Flu has been spreading in many other parts of Japan, with case numbers in several areas of the Kansai region increasing two to three times compared to the previous week.

受流感蔓延影响，日本全国有1015所学校采取了停课等相应措施，这一数量增至前一周的近3倍。

As a result, 1,015 schools across the country have suspended classes, nearly triple the number from the prior week.

日本内阁官房长官近日在记者会上表示，流感正在日本全国蔓延，呼吁民众做好防感染措施，出现不适症状时及时就医。

此前，日本厚生劳动省于10月3日宣布全国进入流感季，比2024年提早了5周。

The current flu season started about 5 weeks early this year and the Japanese health authorities declared a nationwide influenza epidemic on Oct 3.

日本农林水产省11月4日说，基因检测结果确认，新潟县胎内市一个家禽农场暴发高致病性禽流感疫情。这是日本本州岛在这个禽流感流行季确认的首起疫情，也是日本全国第三起疫情。

The prefectural government of Niigata said Tuesday that it has confirmed an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza at a poultry farm in the city of Tainai. It marks the third bird flu outbreak confirmed at a poultry farm in Japan this season. A total of 630,000 egg-laying chickens at the Niigata farm will be culled.

农林水产省当天发布公报说，新潟县相关部门11月3日接到胎内市一家农场的通报，当天对这家农场现场调查，并对该农场饲养的鸡进行禽流感简易检测，检测结果呈阳性。11月4日，基因检测结果确认，这家农场的鸡感染了高致病性禽流感病毒。

新潟县发布的公报显示，这家农场暴发的是H5亚型禽流感疫情。有关部门已开始对农场饲养的约63万只蛋鸡进行扑杀、焚烧和掩埋处理。其他防疫措施还包括：将农场周边3公里半径范围划为“移动限制区域”，3至10公里半径范围划为“搬出限制区域”。对“移动限制区域”内的农场迅速开展检测，以确认是否有禽流感发生；在发生疫情农场周围设置消毒点，对畜产相关车辆进行消毒等。

每年秋冬季到次年春季是日本的禽流感流行季。10月22日，北海道白老町一个家禽农场确认发生高致病性禽流感疫情，是这个禽流感流行季日本报告的第一起疫情。

The first outbreak of the season was confirmed in the town of Shiraoi in Hokkaido on Oct 22, followed by the second in the city of Eniwa, also in Hokkaido, on Sunday.
