财联社11月6日电，半导体设备股延续昨日回暖势头，金海通涨停，拓荆科技、京仪装备、联动科技、中微公司、亚翔集成均涨超5%。消息面上，大同证券研报称，为应对日益增长的存储需求，原厂有望加大资本开支，从而带动半导体设备需求提升，关注刻蚀、沉积等关键环节的国产半导体设备公司。
