本次权益变动后，杭州灏月及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份数量由4.05亿股减少至3.91亿股，持股比例减少至8.98%，权益变动触及 1%整数倍。
2025年前三季度，美凯龙实现收入49.69亿元，归母净利润-31.43亿元。
